Cupping is a bodywork treatment where special cups are placed on your skin to create suction, lifting the muscles. This gentle pulling helps increase blood flow, relaxes muscles, and can help with pain and soreness. Doesn’t hurt a bit!
It allows freshly oxygenated blood to areas where circulation has become stagnant, boosting your immune system and releasing those nagging knots.
